Job Description:

• Work with prospective buyers and sellers to narrow their property search, arrange property showings, write and negotiate purchase contracts, and coordinate deals through closing.
• Advise clients on market conditions, property comparisons and other financial aspects including: pre-qualification, mortgage solutions and closing costs.
• Advise clients on homeowners insurance and other related matters.
• Should have a strong focus on building long-term customer relationships and exceeding customer expectations.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to work from home (computer, fax machine, printer, etc.)
• Computer and Internet proficiency
• A reliable automobile
• Effective and professional communication and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic
• Committed to using technology to help build long-term relationships with clients and to work more efficiently
