We schedule appointments for viewing properties and can assist you in determining the quality of the properties viewed. As you narrow your search, we will provide you with information about the community and the area you are considering home ownership in.

When viewing a home, we are looking for the same things as you. Because we will never work in a dual agency capacity, we are able to point out both the positives and negatives in a property.

AFTER deciding on the home that is perfect for you, we will work with you to help determine the actual terms of the contract, any special needs you may have and explain the negotiation process. Once a contract is accepted, your agent will search for a mortgage loan, home owners insurance and property inspections. Your Buyer's Agent can also verify all scheduled repairs were completed as planned and will attend the closing to ensure everything runs smoothly.

We will prepare a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to make certain that your house is priced right in comparison with others in the surrounding area. We will also discuss the steps you will take in selling your home.

DURING the time your home is on the market we will work to gain maximum exposure for your property. In addition to listing your house with the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), we will host open house for local real estate brokers and another for prospective homebuyers open houses for local real estate brokers and prospective homebuyers. We will place a TPG Realty For Sale Sign in your yard to attract potential homebuyers that drive by. We will also produce high quality, color flyers including a photograph of the exterior of your house. We will field all requests from other agents and prospective buyers about the details of your property and schedule showings as requested.

AFTER finding a buyer for your home we will negotiate with the buyer or the real estate agent involved to ensure you receive the maximum price possible for your home. We will then follow up with the buyer to ensure all necessary documents are being completed and received and we will also ensure all last minute details are being taken care of.
