Raymond P. Felson
President

Mr. Felson formed the company in 1996 as successor to The Palmer Group Ltd., where he served as Senior Vice President and managed the development of the Atrium Mall at the James R. Thompson Center and the 225 West Wacker Drive office building in downtown Chicago. He holds a Master of Management degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois. He is licensed as a Managing Broker in Illinois and carries the CCIM designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. Mr. Felson is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He served many years on the Board of Directors of Plymouth Place, a nonprofit retirement community in LaGrange Park, IL, and is now a Board Member Emeritus.

Karen Kruger
Leasing Agent

Ms. Kruger is experienced in many aspects of commercial real estate including sales, leasing, insurance, accounting and finance. Her multifaceted background allows her to conceptualize and lead clients, tenants and investors from the beginning of a project through to completion. In addition to working on new developments for TPG Realty she is also involved with leasing and property management for the Atrium Mall. Before joining TPG Realty Ms. Kruger was Director of Accounting for Horton Insurance Agency. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado, is licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson and a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
