TPG Realty Company was built upon the solid foundation of its predecessor, The Palmer Group, which developed, managed and leased commercial buildings in Illinois, Minnesota and Florida for nearly 20 years.

In 1993, TPG Realty was formed to assume all of The Palmer Group's employees and property asset management responsibilities. Today, TPG Realty Company is a Chicago-based full service real estate firm active in the areas of development, investment consulting, asset and property management, property sales and leasing and commercial tenant representation.

Although the primary focus of TPG's activities are commercial, TPG also has a residential component to its real estate services, TPG Realty Residential. Once The Buyer's Agent of Chicagoland, TPG Realty has the ability to help BOTH buyers and sellers with their real estate transactions.
